Shipping Policy

Based on location out deliveries are either handled in-house but majority ire handled by The Courier Guy.

We have selected The Courier Guy to partner with our business because of their reputation of reliability, care and speed. We ship from Johannesburg to anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery and courier policy

In-House Delivery service

The Courier Guy

  • The Courier Guy ships products on every week day.
  • Orders received by The Courier Guy before 11am will ship that day based on the pickup zone. Orders received thereafter will ship the following week day.
  • Orders will be dispatched to The Courier Guys between 1 and 3 days depending on whether items ordered are off the shelf products or sourced from suppliers.
  • Sadly, no items will change hands over weekends so please get your orders in well in advance.
  • All orders can be tracked via The Courier Guys state of the art website.
  • All lead times indicated above are applicable once Payment has cleared into our account.

Returns Policy

Clearance Corner understands that products sometimes are not perfect and has a very understandable approach to returns. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product received, please email us with photos and a description of your problems and upon our careful consideration we will refund you for your purchase.
